SENATE BILL NO. 305 "An Act relating to state ownership of                                          
submerged land underlying water that was navigable at the time                                      
Alaska achieved statehood" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE BILL NO. 305 will be on the                                      
March 3 calendar.
